The Position

As a Commercial Plumber, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, contributing your expertise to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial plumbing, a dedication to quality workmanship, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure plumbing systems meet design specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate plumbing activities with overall project schedules.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a secure work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant certifications.
• Valid plumbing license and OSHA certification (OSHA-10 or OSHA-30).
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy plumbing equipment and work in confined spaces.

Schedule: 8 Hour Shift

Job Type:  Full-time

Salary:  $30 -$50 per hour based on experience
